i installed a new oil pump and i was just wondering if its okay if the oil pressure is at 80 PSI on start up and it drops to 70 wheni drive is this okay

It is probably OK.
What viscosity oil do you have in the car? The pressure will most likely stay high for the first few thousand miles and then settle in at a slightly lower number as the pump breaks in.
High oil pressure is not always a good thing, you might try a 5w-30 to get more oil flow volume and lower the pressure.

While you failed to state the make and model, your pressure is in the high side of the normal range for most gas engines. Too high oil pressure will wash out your engine bearings, too low will cause the engine to seize.

You should be ok where it is.

its perfectly fine
trust me its far better to have vry high oil pressure than a lil low oil pressure

that is great. it means your camshaft bushings are in good shape also the brgs in the engine are protected.
