I've always been really close to my best friend. We spent lots of time together and we could just talk about anything to eachother. But now we are growing up(we are 15), she is starting to experiment with sex and stuff with her boyfriend. They now spend forever together, and when i suggest some time together she just mopes about wanting to see her boyfriend. I also have a boyfriend who i care very much about, but i'm upset by this, i never thought i would lose her. I've tried talking to her about it, and shes cried a few times saying shes selfish and tried to get me to sympathise but nothing changes. She has completely isolated her friends. Should i just let her get on with it?

Give her some time. When I was a freshman in high school this girl who had been my best friend since 5th grade starting having sex, drinking, and partying with her older boyfriend. She was completely isolated from EVERYONE in her life. Our friendship was never the same, i'm sorry to say. She always HAD to have a boyfriend after that. She needed that kind of attention. But every time the guy dumped her for someone else I was still there to catch her before she fell and broke into a million pieces. We arent' close anymore and I have another best friend but we still talk about the good old days before her dangerous habits formed.

Give your girlfriend some space, just because she has a boyfriend doesn't mean you don't matter. It's a different kind of friendship you and she have. Boyfriends come and go at your age but true friendships last forever soooooo for now just lay low

unfortunately, that's what happens with females. ur age has a lot to do with it as u r only young, and u MIGHT find this would happen again with another male , so just let her go and when she's ready she'll come back hopefully. i know this from experience and im 43. (no joke)

If you tell her parents she's having sex, she'll definitely have more time to spend with you. Or you can tell them anonymously.
