one day i was walking to the mall and this guy in a car comes up to me and asks me for a ride and i say no but then i see him driving slowly behind me and then i see him at the stoplight and he like was staring at me and then i was in the mall and i saw him again ! i went to mall security but i didnt say anything .... WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IT HAPPENS TO ME AGAIN ?? PLEASE HELP ! .. lol

Have a mobile phone that has a camera in it. prepare the camera function then turn on him/her quickly and take a photo of them, their car number plate etc. once the shot has been taken keep the phone/ camera in their view long enough for them to notice that you have taken their photo. It doesn't really matter if you gat a good shot as long as you have let them see that you have taken their photo, this should make them run for their lives because they are essentially cowards. If it is a good shot it also gives you evidence to give to the authorities. Take the power back and put the fear back onto them.

That's what security is there for. Tell them so they can make a record of it and maybe save someone else as well as you. They can program their cameras to tape and then turn over to authorities. If you're walking in the neighborhood, walk up to the next house you come to. Ask them to call 911. Or carry a cell phone and you do the same. Usually if they see you pulling out a phone, they take off fast. If your cell has a camera, try and get a picture of him to show to authorities. Also, carry mace. just in case.

If it is a sunny day you can check your shadow and see if someone is following you. And if he/she is following you and asks you stuff than tell him no. And if he still isn't giving up then call your mom or dad, and if you don't have a cell phone go to the nearest gas station or a block parents house. Until he/she leaves. There are other ways too, but the most important thing to do is to stay calm. If anything happens just scream. And don't forget to walk on the sidewalks close to big streets where there are cars. And someone can help you.

Calmly take out your cell phone and diall 911, tell them where you are and say you're being followed. If the guy drives off, then fine -- give them a description of him, his car and his license number.
If he doesn't drive off, then follow the operator's instructions and wait for the cops.
Also, if you pass a store or other public place, then go inside.

Get as many details as you can get in a very short glance (e.g. color of car, facial scars, race, age) and get the hell out of there, this man wants to hurt you, also call the police and let them know too. The detail you provide may help them lock away this creep.

memorize the license plate number and give the description of the car, driver and the plate number to the authorities.... don't bluff, really report someone who follows you.....but you know this already, I see the "lol" ....

definitely talk to mall security. get in touch with someone in authority. its really not funny. someone could be stalking you and you could get kidnapped or raped. dont take any more chances.
