That people don't come to you to directly when they have a problem with you?

Because....
they know that in the end it won't mean anything
they don't want to cause a fight
they're cowards
they revert to being a child and not knowing any better
they haven't grown up
they're afraid of what your reaction will be
they get MAD and don't think
it's easier to gripe about it to someone else instead of the one who you really need to talk to
they don't want to hurt your feelings

Because they are either scared of the outcome of telling you the problem or it could be they just like talking about you. People are so scared of being real. I will straight up tell someone about themselves. I have done it a lot...I'm surprise that I still have friends.

Because they are afraid of confrontation. Which basically means that if a girl walks up to you and says "i hate your guts" she knows you're going to pounce on her and beat the crap out of her. They are AFRAID. The biggest cowards.
