I know what ballroom latin is. I also know it can be danced competittively or socilally.
What is street latin?

I saw "Street Latin" mentioned more than once on this page, in category of dancing. I'm curious. I just want to know. It is also possible that someone was making fun of someone. Well, you they got me to. But please explain if you can.

it means: latin people are not shy to dance. they dance to all styles of music.
