Find out the skills and resources that each member can contribute...Can he/she speak and teach Filipino, cook Filipino food or have relatives who cook well, etc. Is he/she knowledgeable about certain fields, good in research, good in PR work, good at energizing people or hosting or making people laugh, or planning events, or good at artistic or logistic work?
Meet on plans and verbalize SPECIFIC tasks to realize goals you have set, and delegate work accordingly.
I'm really excited for your big event. Of course Filipino food would tend to be the center of attention...Good Filipino movies with subtitles are a nice entertainment option...Some cool mix of native music for the background, maybe...A singing competition or a Filipino concert might be fun...Maybe you can invite a tasteful standup comedian...Maybe you can make the theme a Filipino Fiesta with all the colorful banderitas decorating your venue, play native games to strengthen group dynamics, etc.

Anything centered around food would definitely show your Filipino pride. :) Maybe some sort of potluck, or selling Filipino entrees as a fundraiser.
Movie nights! You could show movies like "The Debut" or "American Adobo" that center around Filipino-Americans.

dapat alamin mo sa sarili mo na kaya mo ngang maging lider ng grupo, kung hinde mag isip-isip ka.
alamin mo kung ano ba dapat ang mga aktibidades na dapat gawin ng grupo
dapat isaalang-alang mo ang mga miyembro, maaari mo silang tanungin para sa mga ideya.
