Try this...
2 small sized heavy duty aluminum foil pie plates ...
8 pieces of thin chain about 8 inches long
2 round keyrings
1 cheap wooden ruler (12 inch.)
1 long wooden pencil (not sharpened and without eraser).
1 used champagne cork & 1 ordinary cork or some childrens clay
2 screws that have a closed circle at the opposite end (I forget what they are called)
gold or copper coloured spray paint
Glue or hot silicone gun

Put 4 pieces of chain onto one of the keyrings...
.Attach the other ends to one of the plates...on 4 even spaced sides...
repeat with the other plate.
Push/screw the 2 closed screws into the ruler, one on each end. about one inch from the end (bottom to top).
Make a hole in the center of the ruler the same diameter as the pencil and push the pencil through it (also bottom to top) leaving about an inch underneath
Glue it in place
Make a hole in the champagne cork the same size as the pencil, push the top of the pencil into the hole about an inch and glue in place.
Cut the other cork in 3 slices. Screw 1 onto the top of each screw, to cover the point, glue to ruler.
Make a pencil sized hole in the third one and put it underneath the ruler over the bottom of the pencil.
Glue all 3 in place...
Hook the keychain rings onto the closed circular part of the screws so they both hang down exactly at the same length.
Spray paint golden or copper coloure.
Let dry 24 hours.
If you can't find the corks use pieces of clay... (only that this may not accept the paint so use a compatible colour...red or yellow for example).
When you hold it, hold by the pencil just under the cork "ornament".
(A real one would have an oscilating movement, which this imitation won't have)...Other than that it should look fairly real.
You can also use silver paint, that way you won't need to paint the plates
