Do a reverse search on white pages or zabasearch. but if it's a cell or pre paid phone forget it. but you can try. LUCK

Call 411 or information and tell them you have the phone # but need a name and address I dont know if this will work for a cell phone prob. only land line

Try "anywho" and "switchboard". You can usually get to them thru any search engine.
