he is ruining our country! so many bad things are going on, and all he is worried about is fighting different countries, when everything has been the same as it was since the 1970's!!! now, the other countries have just tried to pull another 9/11 stunt, but it failed. they tried to make the planes go down again by puting the bad substances in gatorade and a throw away camera. but, the F.B.I caught them, saying it was a HUGE ordeal, but good 'ol bush did nothing about it, except make unwritten law that nobody is allowed to bring any liquids with you on a plane, except baby formula, which really doesn't do a thing. what is WRONG with this man??!??!?!?!?

Oh Good Gracious Gertrude!!! What sandhole have you had your head stuck in? Who attacked America on 9/11? Was it the president? Who attacked the USS Cole? Was it the president? Who had plans in the UK to take planes down over the ocean? Was it the president? Who made the ruling that no liquids could be carried on? Was it the president? So the real question seems to be:
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??????????

You are an idiot. Do you have any idea about facts? Geeze.. the FBI had nothing to do with catching the terrorist in ENGLAND.. I believe that every European country (not just us) is banning all liquids from carry on luggage. He is doing a lot to try and stop the terrorist, but the bed wetting liberals keep screaming about their privacy rights being stepped on and informing the enemy of methods used to track them. And it's President Bush, you moron.

Its NOT Pres. Bush's fault that we have to deal with terrorist acts, but, I suppose people like you are gonna blame him, as I'm sure you blame him for everything else!
The thing is, get your facts straight, OK?? Hes not about wanting to fight diff countries, that's just really ignorant of you to say!
The first terrorist attack against the towers, was back in 1993, during the Clinton Adm. I might add. He did absolutely nothing about it, and then several attacks were made after that, one against an American Embassy in Africa, and then one of our Naval ships were hit, killing many during both attacks, and he did nothing either time. Had he acted like a President is suppose to, we may not be having these problems right now.
The diff. between Clinton & Pres. Bush is, Clinton didnt have the welfare of this Country on his mind, and Bush is doing his job by defending our Freedoms, the way a President is suppose to, and everyone whines and cries about it!

I agree with you in principle, Lexi, but what was he to do? Bomb Afghanistan? Behead the would-be terrorists on national television? Pass another law saying you can't blow up planes? Personally beat them up? I don't know what more he could do. The FBI and the justice system WORKED this time. I despise the patriot act and think it is a very dangerous slippery slope, but in this case, it did exactly what it was intended to do.

It's a scary world we are living in and I'm not sure any one president is going to please everyone. I also have never been a Bush supporter, I'm scared for our country. I'm not quite sure anyone knows a better way to handle whats going on right now. I can tell you it's not just Bush making these decisions there's 100's of people advising him- he's pretty much just a spokesman.

No no no. It is much much more complex than president. Don't fall into the media-trap. Take some time, grab a bottle of water and think through it more. But I do agree that things are crazy in the US right now.

He doesn't care about anything but his own personal agenda. He's convinced he can do no wrong. It's not an uncommon trait in politicians. Bush just takes it to the extreme.
As far as the recently foiled terrorist attack, it was the British government that uncovered the plot in Britain. Bush and the FBI had nothing to do with it.

nothing...do you remember the liberals cried about our spy program...our interrogations...etc...every time Bush tries to do something the liberals cry civil rights are being lost...which is a bunch of crap...you can have all the civil rights in the world...but they are no good to you if you are dead...i think that's what liberals want by opposing almost every measure they don't like or can't take credit for...

i totally agree with you on the fact that he has a personal agenda he finds more important than his countrymen/women.
i mean, i'm not a big fan of bush's.
however, i think that him making a big deal out of the whole situation will just lead to a massive abandonment of the american airports, which is really, really bad for the economy.
