Who's your first round draft pick?
All of those guys are 2nd rounders and later.
QB:
E. Manning and B. Leftwich:
Leftwich is OK. But without J. Smith, who's his target?
And with Gerrard right on his tail in the depth chart, he's C+ player. Manning has the 2 out of top 3 things a QB needs. A great RB and TE. And with P. Burress, A. Toomer, and Sin. Moss, he has good WRs.
QB grade: B
RB:
S. Jackson, K. Jones, J. Addai:
RB is the most important position in Fantasy Football. And you usually take a RB in the first round, unless in your case the top 6 RBs are gone(I'm asuming you did that). That's S. Alexander, L. Tomlinson, L. Johnson, T. Barber, C. Portis, R. Johnson. Your RBs are not good.
RB grade: C+
L. Fitzgerald, L. Evans, K. Johnson. M. Jenkins, B. Edwards.
A lot of them, but your starting ones are good.
WR grade: B+
TE:
A. Crumpler and M. Lewis:
Their OK but not the best.
TE grade: B
K:
S. Graham:
Atleast your special teams are top class.
K grade: A+
DEF:
Steelers and Dolphins:
I gotta hand it to you, on DEF you did damn well.
DEF grade: A+
Overall grade: B+
It's good but can't be a A, it just doesn't have THE elite player or players.
Suggestions:
Drop some of that bench, it's bad.
You don't have trade bait so the only way you can become better is if you pick up some players of the waiver wire and try to trade for a better RB.
Good Luck!

You really shouldnt be carrying a back up TE, I would use that bench spot for another WR.
Your team has a lot of upside, but I worry about kevin Jones as your #2 RB. Hopefully between Jones and Addai you will have a decent #2 RB a few games into the season.

It looks decent.. I'm not totally sold on Eli as a QB, but he'll probably put up respectable numbers for the most part. I like Jackson, and if Kevin Jones can return to form, he'll be a great pick. Fitzgerald is great, but Evans and Johnson, definate questionmarks. I like Addai off the bench too..
It's a solid team, but I think your WR's are too weak. They'll get you too the playoffs, but I don't think they'll get you through the playoffs.

QB Burnell is a daunting guy to have on your team. along with his age he seems primed for the IR. yet he's sweet whilst healthful. provide rivers some week s to work out what his sory is except you could p.c..-up or deal for a shown QB. Grade C+ WR it incredibly is the main efficient place you have. Moss, Glenn, Keyshawn, T.J., ought to all be starers on alot of communities and branch snd Clayton are good bench fillers. you need to definatly save a number of those men around for a QB or RB. Grade A RB it incredibly is an ok bunch no longer great. Rudi must be a lock a week as a starter and Willis for the begining of the season as nicely. yet you sholuld do some severe comments on Willis, Gore, and Addai after the 2nd week or so. possibly even throw certainly one of those men in with a WR for a precise 20 participant. Grade B- TE McMicheal must be good with Daunte throwing at him. i admire Hilton on your bench additionally. He has ability to be the breakout TE of the season. sit down on him. Grade B+ ok & DEF incredibly above customary. to no longer plenty you're able to do until eventually issues unfold and communities advance their identity as the two huge scorers or sufficating D's Grade C+ customary Make some strikes. precise precedence must be getting yet another precise 15 participant or a precise 5 QB. Use your intensity at wideout to fulfill those ends. As of now your team is middle of the p.c... Grade B-

I don't like lee Evens. The buffalo passing game is a wreak. I would try to do better there. I think you better have a plan B if Jones tanks. I'm Lion fan and he looked great in the first preseason game. But nobody knows how this offense will be.

Really good starters! but you need a better backup RB TE and WR. drop jenkins for ROddy White. He's on the falcons, and he is having a great preseason with VIck. Those two will do well this year. oh, and another kicker. thats it, congrats and good luck1

It's average in my opinion, could use one better RB (Jones) and two better WRs (Evans and Johnson)
