I did that, you have to hold up the outside door handle and turn the latch at the same time. I hope this helps!

Had this happen with another car (not a Benz) but probably the same solution. You need to unflip the latch. Pull the door handle as if you were opening the door, and at the same time using a screwdriver or other similar tool push against the latch to unflip it. You might be able to do it with your finger, but they can be spring loaded which makes it tough. A second set of hands might also be helpful
Good luck.

Take some sort of tool like a large screwdriver or anything like that and stick in the latch. Pull the door handle and pull the latch toward the car. It should come open very easily

As patrickW stated, hold the door handle open, and put a screwdriver into the center of the latch in the door, and push the screwdriver towards the car. This should trip the latch to the open position. Good Luck!! HTH!!

try using both sides of doorhandle inside and outside of car then try keys and if that doesnt work look at the latch on the door there might be another part you can "flip" and then try the handles and they could both unflip. A few years back i did the same thing. I fixed it, but now im not exactly sure how. Just try everything you can think of you'll get it.

While pressing the button (or pulling the handle, however you open your door), flip the latch back around. Done!
Go wash your hands before you get your interior all greasy!
