I've heard that to install them you had to remove the front bumper.

i would highly recommend against them. First theyre usually illegal, and second because they blind the hell out of the drivers in front of you. theyre very dangerous and extremely annoying. Please, think of the other drivers.

I'm assuming you probably would have to remove the bumper it just seems logical. To remove the bumper since it is a Honda, all you will need is a screw driver and get the screws on the top you may also need a ratchet with a 10 there may be two bolts you need to get out ( my boyfriend has an integra and I have to remove his bumper often when he is working on his car), and then you will have a couple screws underneath near the fender and tire area those are the trickiest to get out. My boyfriend put BMW projectors in his integra and Audi projectors in mine when we converted to HID's and that involved removing the whole headlight and opening it and removing my projectors it was a long long process but well worth it, and my other friend who has a 99 or 2000 accord (I don't know which) also put projectors in his and he had to remove his front bumper . I don't know why the guy above is saying projectors are illegal when many of the new cars with HID's are all projectors. Anyways, good luck!!

In most cases, yes. if you just want to fake it by replacing the light bolb, no. If you are afread of removing front bumper, I don't thhink you have to necessary skill to do the conversion job yourself.

don't do it . if you are not setting it up properly , you can have problems. if you go with those other bulbs , they do have different watts on them . i have seen burn harness , sockets and worst the plastic headlamp lens can warp or melt . i know , i work in a honda dealer . no joke....but if you choose to go that way . make sure that you put a proper ballast for each bulb so you won't run into problems .
