Try www.youtube.com for all your anime needs. It's pretty reliable, the only downside is that their new rule only allows members to upload videos that are no bigger than 10 minutes, so recently episodes have been uploaded in commonly three parts. This isn't really a problem, since the site downloads really fast compared to other places. You don't even have to download it to your computer, you just watch it there on the site! :D You can even search for non-anime shows, Danny Phantom or Teen Titans. Pretty much any show that doesn't have actual actors in it (animation basically is all you'll find), because those kinds of files are bigger and take longer to upload AND download, so most members don't bother.
