Because not enough people liked KERRY enough- to go out & vote for him. -They just sat home, looked at the TV, & said, "Man-I hope that Bush guy doesn't win again..."- & did NOTHING. Today those same people are STILL doing nothing- on the unemployment lines, on the shooting fields of Iraq, and on THIS site- as they whine about the Mexicans pouring across the border looking for the jobs THEY don't want to do. Maybe come the NEXT general election, -they'll MAKE the news that goes on the TV- & not just watch it.

Not everybody hates Bush. I think many Americans were worried about what would happen if John Kerry appointed a new Chief Justice to replace Rehnquist and a new associate Justice to replace Sandra Day O'Connor. They were worried about these things because of the Supreme Court's decision in 2003 to constitutionalize a "right" to "sodomy." And they were worried, too, about the Massachusetts Court's decision on same-sex marriage.

no matter how loud the damnocrats cry and whine he was elected and won. That simple! Too bad damnocrats in Florida didn't know how to vote in 2000 and looks like in '04 the damnocrats use the excuse of "his money bought the election." The fault lies with the damnocrats for not voting. That is the bottom line.

Unlike Cassandra, I'm not naive enough to think that a political party can "steal" an entire state.
But, I do believe that Bush won because not enough people could bring themselves to vote for Kerry, who thought the way to protect U.S. interests was to hide under France's skirts.

I do not hate George W. Bush because I voted for him in 2000 and 2004 and I approve of him, always have and always will and he did defeat John Kerry with enought Electorial College Votes to win the 2004 Presidential Election.

The republicans were very successful as portraying Kerry as a flip flopper and as unsuitable for leading the US in the time of war and protecting it from "terrorists"

Because, in Ohio one of his supporters ran the election and had access to the voting machines, they didn't allow some people to vote. This supporter of Bush took all the voting machines to a warehouse owned by another supporter and kept the machines for"safe keeping", but no one with independent or democratic status was allowed in.
Can you say VOTER FRAUD?

Many of those who voted for Bush in 2004 now are disenchanted.
If only our foresight was as good as our hindsight. It is difficult to get beyond the rhetoric to see the real candidates, nevertheless it is crucial that we do so.

The president of of the corporation that made the voting machines said he would give Ohio to Bush. Both elections were stolen, but the facts remain too taboo to be discussed openly after the uniter has made our country so united.

well, as i recall, the propaganda was intense - including bin laden activity right before the election which the CIA said helped Bush. kerry was a weak candidate who, of course, lacked the guts to oppose this war. plus, they stole ohio in '04, as they stole florida in '00.
