Well, from a search I did find a couple really interesting and different approaches to this.
On a pagan website, I found a good candle chanting spell to bring good luck.
http://www.angelfire.com/realm2/amethystbt/candlechants.html
If you are more into Buddhism, I found this too:
http://www.buddhanet.net/e-learning/buddhism/bp_invit.htm
Here is some of that chant to give you an idea:
"That from misfortune I may be free
That all good luck should come to me
And also from anguish to be free
Chant 'THE PROTECTION' I invite thee.
That from misfortune I may be free
That all good luck should come to me
Also from all fear to be free
Chant 'THE PROTECTION' I invite thee. (1)
That from misfortune I may be free
That all good luck should come to me
And also from sickness to be free
Chant 'THE PROTECTION' I invite thee."
Best of luck to you! There are lots of good pagan websites and books full of chants/charms/spells and the like for good luck. You can even make up your own. It is the intention and the energy behind it that count.

“Better an ounce of luck than a pound of gold.”
“Some luck lies in not getting what you thought you wanted but getting what you have, which once you have got it you may be smart enough to see is what you would have wanted had you known.”
“May your pockets be heavy and your heart be light. May good luck pursue you each morning and night.”
“Good luck is a lazy man's estimate of a worker's success.”
“Being deeply learned and skilled, being well trained and using well spoken words; This is good luck”
“Luck is the residue of design.”
“Good luck happens when preparedness meets opportunity”
“It is bad luck to fall out of a thirteenth story window on Friday”
“Your luck is how you treat people”

Say anything you like - if you believe, you may psych yourself into success.
No chant will truly bring you luck.
Although, you could kneel down and say:
- O-wah
- tonahhh
- Siam
slowly, then faster repeat the three magic words, faster and faster.

Hows about:
"Oh, F*CK! Oh, F*CK! I need good LUCK!"
Or, alternatively, you could just try realising that life really is what you make it. Then go out and make your life how you want it to be...
