Selling a vacant condo, but don't want to hire a stager. Where can I rent high-end furniture in Seattle and how much it would cost? Or is it easier to hire a stager?

A serious buyer is likely to overlook the furnishings when looking at a property. In fact, furnishings can sometimes be a turnoff if the prospective buyer doesn't like the style or the space is stuffed with furnishings. I wouldn't worry about it.

Good luck with your sale.

Keep it vacant and show off the spaciousness. Saves you money and hassle as well.

A seller will have his/her ideas about decorating anyway.
