am trying to intreduce comedy stand up show to different countries but i think am lacking experience so what does it take for a comedian to be a comedian in a stand up show

humor and guts.

a lot of well-known comedians started off in clubs and restaurants, and then went from there. some comedians began moving up to more prominent hot-spots in order to get noticed, and sure enough, they did. i guess you just gotta start off small and work your way up.

A good sense of comedy.
Good delivery.
Stand out from the crowd .
A good memory .
A clear distinct voice.
The ability to make people laugh .

I'm sure you have to be smart, know a lot about the world, and be able to come up with funny or witty remarks about certain aspects of the world. I reccomend that you watch Seinfeld to get a good idea of what's required.
