The weather is usually great, hot and sunny. It's known to be a school of leisure and liberal festivity. Is that what you need?

Yes- if you have money. You'll need a car to go anywhere. You'll need money to pay cover charges in order to go out and have fun in Miami. It also helps to be attractive- nice figure, etc. Anyway, Miami can be a fun town, but not so much on a budget. You can always just visit south beach for a week or two and then go to school somewhere else.... UM offers a good education too, however.
