Family planning is a very finicky thing. The woman has to be a clockwork regular woman and any kind of stress can throw it off. Technically, a woman is only fertile for five days, two weeks before she bleeds. If a woman is not regular, she knows when she was fertile by when she bleeds, but cannot predict exactly when she will be next. A clockwork woman will know the exact day and time of day that she will start bleeding next.

It is just better to go with some form of protection and if it has already happened, get a pregnancy test or go to the doctor and get her blood drawn for a serum pregnancy test; The serum test can tell you if you are pregnant as early as three days into the pregnancy.
