One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Falling Down were the first 2 that got here to ideas for me. those have already been suggested. also Rainman, even in spite of the undeniable fact that some will argue that autism would not meet the definition of "mentally disturbed." i in my opinion imagine that playing a mentally challenged human being properly is between the biggest stressful circumstances an actor can face.
