Get the location of the file that is infected by clicking on it from norton. norton will tell you where the file is located. Then write that down somewhere and restart your computer in safe mode. That is done by pressing F8 after the pc logo shows. once in safe mode then navigate to where the file is located ( you wrote that down somewhere) and then click on it once (or higlight it depending on your PC configurations) then press shift and then delete. this will permanently delete the file and you are good to go. Hope that helps. (actually i know it will)

see if you can find a free virus scan on downloads.com ...usually they have a virus scan that's free and can remove the Trojan, if not you might have to bite the bullet and wait until Norton comes out with the patch to remove it. They are usually a week behind on clearing out a virus that's newly discovered so that's why I personally switched to McAfee.

Go here and download ewido. It is the best Trojan remover available.

Now go here and follow this porcedure and use the ewido. I would recommend you scan with the programs she recommends also, but it's up to you. The procedure is the most important part.

Hello,

Try another provider, if it's already on your computer and distroying files, you have to back them all up and reboot your computer and install a harder or good virus/hacker protector and also limit all spywares and stuff....
