Just for a moment! :-)

Your voice doesn't change if the testes are removed if you are an adult. The voice is dictated by the shape of the larynx and vocal chords. However, if you remove the testes before puberty, you create someone the Romans used to call a castrati - boys who were mutiliated to stop their voices breaking in puberty. These boys were able to go on singing soprano parts in performances throughout their lives.

Depends when and how many, if both are removed before puberty the mans voice will be like a childs. If his voice has broken then removing one or both balls will not have any effect.

In the middle ages, testicles were removed from choirboys to preserve their high voices.
At 52, my uncle had both removed due to cancer, and it did not change his voice at all. So.....
Before puberty.... voice stays high.
After puberty... no change at all.
