The Will To LIve is a good album, or maybe Welcome To The Cruel World. He's good, and has a wonderful voice.

I would start with Diamonds on the Inside and then to Both Sides of the Gun. He is absolutley amazing and if you have the opportunity try to watch a concert. He is great live.
