I was asked this question when on an interview for a major corporation. My answer was that I would think of myself as a paperclip because I'm flexible, dependable and adaptable to change - not rigid, hard and resistant to change like a staple would be.

A picture of myself in a painting. That way, while I might not be able to move around or talk, I can still be admired for being beautiful.

the term inanimate is wrong, everything has movements,some more than others, i mean the electrons that orbit the nucleus are moving so everything is moving and changing in some sort of way.but i would probably be my gf's sweater so i could be around her all the time.

i would be my child's toys.
because even though i wouldnt be here in human form, my child would still be able to play with me and spend time with me.
