Apparently he disguised himself as a school. Then mimiced the sound of the school bell to lure the kids inside. These kids spent the whole day inside the peodophile innocently taking basket weaving classes. It was only when parents turned up at the real school that they realised that the kids were'nt there. Fortunately the pervs plan was foiled when it began to rain. He had constructed his school house costume out of paper and stuck the bits together using pritstick. He melted just like the wiked witch of the west and the kids were free.

You see, one can't be too careful with kids : lettin' themselves lure into pritstick-stuck-paper-constructs. The basket weaving was a dead give-away, and they didn't notice.
