HI:) The term scag is new to me, but one that I will use,as we must be from different parts f the globe! As a Qualified Beauty Therapist & Nail Tech, a few hints if you would like them!Prior to starting tu re-polish your nails, give them a good buffing gently with a )white block that can be bought at a pharmacy in the nail section, or at your closest nail supplier availble to the public. After buffing asd this helps prepare & smoothe the nail bed, use a 3 way emeryboard that has smoothe, buff, polish, then wash your hands keeping them clear of any oily residue, now begin that task. Apply always a good quality base coat, wait about a minute fot this to really dry off, this is the point that will make all the differaece, trust me. Then after dry & please dont touch them with anything, apply no more than 2 coats of your fav nail polish, wait approximately 2-3 mins, then apply a good brand top coat ,only one fine layer, or if preferred a high gloss nail polish protecter, please be patient, and in about 5mins they should be touch dry, just leave them alone. You can also purchace from pharmacies a quick drying spray, there again less is better than more, have a cofee while you wait maybe. The important fact with nail varnish application is the drying periods in between applications. After all done you could apply some almond or olive oil lightly over your hands giving them a slip, so if you do accidently touch anything, it's not going to attach it'self to your newly done nail application. your good to go now, PS:the almond oil is also good for your skin & is a good cuticle softener.GOOD LUCK GIRL.

because you are not patient.....a good idea is to let them dry for about 5 minutes....then take extra rough sand paper and wipe your nails on them to see if they're dry.

wow i know this always happens to me, its to punish us for having made a few minutes to apply the nail varnish...........we are guilty of spending time on ourselves and therefore punished well this is my theory anyway.......
