1) Put in the Windows XP Pro Disk
2) Reboot
3) When it says "Press any key to boot from CD", do so
4) Access the console
5) Login with your administrator password
6) Type "format c:/" without the quotes. It will ask you if you are sure. Type "y" (again, without the quotes), and wait. When it is done, reboot. You will once again be told to "Press any key to boot from CD". Do so.
7) Once Windows loads, type "i", without the quotes. The Windows installation process will begin. Follow the directions in the installer. When you are done, you will have a fresh Windows install.

Not sure you can 'delete' Windows. If you have a Windows XP Home installation disk or such, you could backup your data, do a complete reinstall and repartition your drives in the process.

No big deal. Hopefully you put the xp on a 2nd drive or different partition than your original. Just remove the boot selector and wipe the xp installation from your hard drive. If you've messed up your original windoze installation, just reinstall it.
