My ex boyfriend and me and talking again and we still say we love each other....Yet I set him up and made one of my friends go after him...He talks bout me to them yet he says he wants to be their friend and that she is hott and that I was nothing more then a friend...How should i react to this?

I don't see any glue here to keep you two together...no faith, no trust.
I think you should react by setting each other free. You owe it to the both of you to end the relationship and find yourself a guy you don't have to "set up."

if he tells you that he loves you and goes out with your friend and you set it up, just what do you expect???????
he is your ex. is he supposed to tell your friend that he loves you and wants you back and that she is your replacement?
make up your mind what you want and then have a long talk with him.
maybe he is over you and does love you as a friend, and you arent over him.

Stay away from him. If he is saying that about you, be glad that you broke up. If he really loved you he would not be saying stuff like that. Move on, find someone else.

well if u send one of ur friends after him then he is gonna act different cuz no guy wants peoepl to kno that he is crazy about some girl, and if another girl approches him then he is gonna act like a playa and pimp and act like he can have who ever and control watever
so this is kinda of a rough situation

just use ur gut
