stress effects people in different ways. some people eat comfort foods during times of stress, some people lose there appetite. It all depends on the person!

Depends on the person when am stress i lose weight and my mom is the opposite she gains weight when she is stressed

Stress does different things to different people..
That would include gaining or losing weight...
Some people eat to relieve stress..
Some people lose there appetites when under stress..

Some times it does. But other times, it makes people eat more, or even drink more, just like depression

not for me, it makes me eat more. I think it is different for everyone, some lose ,some gain.

stress effects appetite and sleep. It can go either way. You can eat too much or too little, sleep too much or too little.
Any weight loss due to stress is temporary.
