shouldn't lump us all into that category thanks....don't care about either, I have my own money and I love my husband cause I think he is sexy... if she can't take you for you then she isn't worth your time.
I would prefer a hand made gift and a flower for my birthday then some trinket that you figure you are going to score brownie points with. If she is all about money and how much you can spend on her then get rid of her...
If you have to ask now what to do for your girlfriend then she already has you in that cycle.

I think a balanced woman wants a balanced man. If you are superficial and care only about looks you will be attracted to and get one of the same. If you are hideous and care only about power and money you have the choice to have either. But a truly balanced person will not settle on someone who is lacking completely in one area or another. Find a middle ground for true happiness
