I just got the sims 2, three days ago. What other sims 2 game should I get?

Congratulations, you now own one of the best PC games of all time. Now you just need the right expansion to keep having fun. "Open For Business" caters to work-a-holics that want something to do when their Sim is off at work, now you control them (while at work) and the money they make. "Nightlife" is a great fun-oriented expansion that takes you club hopping and shaking all night long. "University" is the perfect all-round expansion. It not only adds a new age group, but has tons to do, going to college and all. I personally recommend The Sims 2 : University, and keep your eyes peeled for that pets expansion.

If you are playing more for strategy, I would choose Sims 2 university, or Sims 2: Open For Business. if you are playing for fun, Try nightlife! I have all three, and I would say nightlife is my favorite. Open for business is great too, but it isn't as fun without nightlife. Many objects and activities that come in nightlife do not come with OFB, but it can still be a wonderful game. University is nice, but it does take quite a while to Graduate. I think it would have been more interesting if we were able to go to class with them! Well, that is my two cents. On another note: try buying from eBay in Thai. It is much cheaper ($2 and up) and can easily be translated.

nightlife or open for buisness expansion pack. It'll make the game os musch funner. Petz for Sims 2 will be coming soon and open for buisness isn't the funnest thing ever. try those out though. Also there's family fun. that wasn't that good/

Im having the same problem choosing but i think University because ur siims can be young adults after teenagers

pets! i have Open for buisness it's okay, university is bad, and nightlife is fun. but wait for pets its gonna be awesome! i love sims2 but mines not working right now :(

I don't think you should get an expansion. They take up a lot of space on your computer. I'd really only recommend getting an expansion if the following are included:
1)You have multiple computers to use
2)Someone else pays for it(or you're a multi-millionaire)
3)It's someone else's computer you're putting it on
IF I had to tell you one to use, I'd go for the Open For Business.
