An elephant penis is uncircumcised. Referring to the resemblence to an elephant trunk. I don't care what the size is. Furthermore, with all the female responses so far, it kind of lends to freud's penis-envy theory.

what do u mean elephant????like a lymphatics problem????....circumcision is good because it prevents infection in the foreskin which are very common!!!!
