Yes, it is fairly easy to be 100% celebate -- stereotypical nerds are experts at it.
Being chaste (which is refraining from lustful thoughts as well as sexual activity) on the other hand, is extremely difficult in todays society.

uhh.. CHOOSE not to have sex? No one points a gun at your head and makes you do it! It's your choice. If you really want to be celebate, try not getting involved in the first place.

yes, if someone is so into their god other than their orgasim, then that person can get the willpower to stop having any type of sexual desire.
