http://www.geindustrial.com/cwc/products I think there is something wrong with your number as GE doesn't show that series.The wireing(delta or wye) should be stamped on the plate where the rateing is.

you gotta give details size voltage etc. nobody is going to look it up for you you can do this yourself.
