This question is the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. For one you must be an adult since you have a mate. Have you ever been outside? Where is this blond World you live in? Also wassup with the blunt racism. The stupidity of this question doesn't even call for it. My son who is 8 months was born with light brown hair light brown eyes. So no all black people do not have black hair. As you can see African American people come in many shade so does their hair you fools. Why am i saying this I don't know this is the most ridiculous question. Some people are so ignorant.

I was born with a mop of brown hair (and I am Scottish as in both my Dad and Mom and all my lineage came from Scotland! AHEM!) which then began to grown in bright blond when I was around 5 months old... Because we can't speak for Dad's recessive genes- we can only speak for yours- you (alone) have a 1 in 8 chance of having a blonde child, add in Dad's genes (which for arguments sake we'll assume there's no recessive) and then chances go down.. It's not likely but you could pop out a little toe headed baby... about a .625% chance or 1 in 16.

My son was born with a shock or dark hair (just the same as I was). This has since fallen out and he is now a golden blond (11 months later). Underneath my highlighted barnet I am a dark blonde/mousey brown colour with a smattering of grey.
So in answer to your question, no, not all babies are born with blonde/blond hair.

most babies are born with a shock of black hair that disappears after a few weeks or months and turns blonde, brown or red or black (but a different texture). Some babies are bald, a few are born blonde, others just a soft down of a nondescript colour.

All 3 of my babies had dark brown hair. The older 2 have now gone blonde but the youngest has stayed dark.
99% of babies have blue eyes at birth.

Both of mine had dark hair. My 2nd had really thick dark hair and even had fine dark hairs on her thighs, ears, and the small of her back which disappeared after a short time. When she was born I said she looked like a gorgeous little monkey. And yes, I did have heartburn through the pregnancy.
Babies with dark hair are beautiful.
My friend's baby was born with red hair
You can't have met many babies in your lifetime!

When my son was born he had a full head of dark hair. After a couple of months, it all fell out and he grew blonde hair instead. My 10 week old daughter has a full head of dark hair which is getting lighter by the day. My husband is dark and I am blonde.

My daughter was born with thick, black, curly hair on her head and lots of black, feathery down all over the rest of her! She looked like a little hobbit with her hairy ears! The fluff has mostly gone now but at 21 months, she has the most gorgeous waist length, rich chestnut brown hair, with a natural curl (when she's not putting toothpaste in it!).
