im on the right too. but usually, it keeps falling off, so i eventually just hold it in my hands. u know? this is a really random question.

i wear it on the right. i think you wear it on whatever side your dominant hand is on. i am right handed

keep your bag closest to your strongest arm. incase some muppen tries to nick it you can always hold on better
