Well I live in california and I used a rental car to take my driving test at DMV. It doesn't matter what car you use as long as it is registered and insured.

Why not! Sounds reasonable to me. Get a licensed driver go out with you and drive lots of rental cars pick a small one you feel comfortable with. Practice stopping before the sidewalk pulling onto the street turn your signals on and so forth. Find a high school parking lot with parallel parking poles set up and get the swing of turning the car into a parking space

Uh No cause you have to be 25to rent, and you have to have a license. and a credit card. Debit cards won't work.

If you find someone over 25 to rent the car and take you to go get the license. sure knock yourself out.
If you wreck the rental you are on the hook for the entire price of the vehicle...Oh you aren't the renter is...
