i always copy and just paste into where it says compose

While in the compose mode click on the Attachment button or link. Since you don't say what email program you are using I can't give specific answers.

Add them as an attachment. When you hit "attach", just browse for the picture you just saved and open it. HTH.

in your email page click compose, then click attach files, select the file you want to send
