it only seems fair to ask why the double standard when it comes to israel.

Hezbollah is a group of terrorists. Israel is a democracy.

Well Israel has a very long history of not complying with UN resolutions...They think that land belongs to them,'cos God gave it to them,and they don't have to report to anyone about what it's going on there...So it wouldn't be a surprise if they would reject this resolution too...

Hezbollah said they will accept this resolution the moment Israel will...and I really don't think Israel likes the fact that they have to withdraw from south Lebanon...

Didn't you know that Israel is a very unique state? It doesn't want to comply with UN resolutions, therefore it doesn't have to. So far it has always been allowed to get away with this.
This is precisely why there has been all the trouble for so many years.
Why don't you check out the long list of UN resolutions that Israel has not complied with.
After all, you can't expect them to change overnight, bless them!

isreal has the right to defend itself and un will not protect isreal it will keep giving hezbollah money along with aother radical islam groups. i think the un is not ready for the modern world they should rebuild from the ground up.
