Nobody ever accused Hollywood of being a hotbed of original thought. They'd rather recycle old, tired ideas than take a chance on anything really new.

I can't think of the last time I really enjoyed a remake. Usually, I leave the theatre thinking: "Why did anyone think it was a good idea to remake THAT one...?"

I remember thinking that the remake of "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" was awfully well done...and that's going back several years.

Not only too many remakes (coming out this fall are remakes of "lassie" and "My Friend Flicka"), needless sequels.

Rocky 6? (Titled "Rocky Balboa") Jackass 2, Grudge 2, Santa Clause 3, Charlotte's Web (live-action this time), Texas Chainsaw Massacre:The Beginning.

Is anyone going to see Apocalypto? It was to be titled "Mel Gibson's Apocalypto", but Disney had a change of heart

I hate it when they remake movies. It is almost like they don't like what they did the first time. If I had to choose a remake that I like sometimes it would have to be freaky friday. I love the original but the new one is pretty cool to.

Hollywood pisses me off. In the blink of any eyes, you'll be seeing another remake for Spiderman. Trust me. My favorite remake is The Hills Have Eyes.

There are too many remakes of the same old stuff. I am sick of Super man, Batman remakes. Enough with the Comic crap and not so funny comedies, poor actors and actresses that are overly rated!!

Hollywood is running out of ideas because they do not make the effort to try something different! If you noticed, almost every movie that comes out has many sequels to them!
for instance:

RockyI, II, III, ect..
Superman I, II, ect..
Batman, I, II, III, ect..
Freddy, I, II, III,ect..
Halloween, I, II, III, ect...
Bring it on, I, II ect...
XMen, I, II, ect...
The grudge, II, like we need to see this crap again!
Harry potter, Lord of the Rings, get the picture, see the pattern of hollywood movies.

We need new, diverse actors and actresses that can bring something different to hollywood and Sundance Studios..I am tired of watching the same old crap, and the same sorry actresses and actors who are aging and need to retire and raise their kids!

Hollywood has gone down the drain! It's a hurting on our brain!

the in straightforward words reason i could trust you're able to be in the adventure that they cheesed it up (like Starsky & Hutch) or some different person made it. truly, Michael Mann, the unique author of the prepare is doing it and he will pump it up so as that its a options more effective acceptable than the television prepare. that's the subsequent action picture i'm the most excited to work out.

just watch "undiscovered" and see how they'r repeating themselves, and trying to impress people with movies that are wannabes. That movie really sucks, when u watch the trailer, u feel like u really have to see the movie. But in the end, u'r chocked, just like me...
