Actually thats a good idea. Some drug companies are now spending more on advertising than they are on drug research, all it does is drive up the cost of drugs. Doctors don't like it, either, because patients come in asking for stuff that doesn't apply for their conditions.

No. You can only get the prescription drugs from a doctor. If your doctor doesn't think a drug will help you s/he will not prescribe it. What it does do is educate the public about options so they can ask questions of their doctors. As long as they continue to be required to also give the list of possible side effects, I see no reason to pull them.

You can only get prescription drugs from a doctor!!! Therefore, the only abuse can come from people who misuse what their doctor gives them!!!
I don't agree that prescription drugs should be advertised. I think people should go and talk to their doctor about their symptoms, not ask their doctor if they can have (insert name of drug).

your getting it. huge Pharma has a extensive lobbying team in DC. pass to Canada, no pharmaceutical classified ads there. kick the lobbyist of Washington, and the coverage lobbyists, and the wellness care disaster will restoration itself.
