i am 16 years old, and on my summer break i gained 8lbs. from binge eating on unhealthy foods and sweets. if i eat once a day, a 100 calorie chicken breast, and a 70 calorie v8 at dinner, and possibly a v8 at lunch, would i lose weight, or gain?

Gain. Your body would go into starvation mode and save all the calories you are intaking - as fat.

Better to healthily and exercise.

If you eat once a day, your body will think it's starving and try to keep your weight on. It is better to eat numerous small, healthy meals. It is also very difficult to eat only one meal a day, and you are setting yourself up for failure (or an eating disorder).

Stop binging, start exercising, and the weight will come off.

come on. all you've got to do is run (4 days a week is fine) and eat normal (not too much nor to small), and you'll be alright.

why at 16 are you counting calories?

you'd lose but whatout enough food to keep you going you'll feel like ......., alot of people diet without taking vitamins and they really help you feel better

you will pass out from exaustion if you do that, just eat normal, healthy foods, and exercise, and you'll be fine!!

You should lose as long as you grill, bake, or broil your chicken.
