Yep you loose point when you ask a question and get them when your answer them.

Well now youve lost some more I have gained some.

It "costs" 5 points to ask a question. When you select a best answer for your question, you get 3 points returned. However, if you don't select a best answer, and the voters decide there WAS no best answer, you get all 5 points back.

Because 5 points are subtracted from your total for each question you ask.

This is done so that people wouldnt just ask, but also answer.

For each question you ask, you should give one answer to stay balanced.
