This happened to me, when I sent poetry out, or any other kind of writing. When I don't hear back after the response time is over, (and if there's none listed, it's a month), I inquiry them and found out that they never received it, and was lost in the mail/email system. (I'm not sure what category is right for lost email/mail? If you do, let me know and I repost it there tomorrow. Sorry if it's wrong.)

Other than not having the email address exactly correct some times the server can be down and emails get delayed or not sent at all. remember all you are doing is sending email from computer to computer, so if something is wrong with the address or server it ends up in email heaven. You should have gotten a return email saying the user is not found. U should enable return receipt on your sent emails to be notified when email is received. And have recipients send you a email to make sure U have their addresses correct.
