Who is the mystery rapper in this rap/dancehall single.?

The song is called Dolly Baby and features BIG and Supercat, and one other artist that seems to call himself "3rd eye." I can't believe this is connected to the rock band 3rd eye blind. It's an awesome track you should download if you haven't heard it.

I never heard of it. If it's any good rap music stations won't play it. They have a thing for only playing crap.
