I want to be genetic selective not kill fish or birds I just want to kill water bugs there about three inchs long and skid along the stagnant water.

Please don't kill them. They eat mosquito's and mosquito larvae.
With mosquito's carrying so many diseases, we need to preserve their predators.

...Just out of curiousity- why??? They are totally innocuous as insects go, don't really damage much of anything,- & add alittle interest to the local water scene... (& by the way- I don't think there's any way to eliminate them- without killing off everything ELSE in & around the water).

Pour gasoline upon the surface of the water and light it afire! But be careful. Don't try this at home.

They are FOOD for other animals... Besides, they were created by God also, and have just as much a right to life as you...!

they eat mosquito's and they're larvae so they are doing something good 4 the environment!!so PLEASE don't kill them!!!
