when you ask a question on this forum and someone here insults you rather than giving a proper answer, its because they are threatened by your presence and threatned by the fact that you have more intelligent things to say than them??

just a thought....

i get when some people are trying to be funny...i mean when people are insulting you on purpose. usually you can tell the diffence.

Maybe. Some folks insult others for different reasons. Some of them might be young and might treat Yahoo Answers like they treat the commons area or recess at school. A place to cuss and beat the crap out of others. They just don't know any better because they are new to the internet. In theory, Yahoo Answers should be a respectful marketplace of ideas where folks get to share their knowledge in their area of expertise. And being funny doesn't hurt either. It is quite hard to determine exactly what a person's I.Q. simply by his or her answer. The quality of their answer might also depend on what particular mood they are in on that day or night. Also remember that there are alot of crappy people around you in public everyday too. You see them in public places- the grocery store, the roadways, in the park, at the movies, etc. They might be wife beaters, animal abusers, killers, thieves, etc. So they are not simply just on the internet. Everytime I tell myself that it would be beneficial to be a people person, I usually remember that it just isn't worth it. There are so many unethical folks out there. And alot of those unethical folks with a low I.Q. also might frequent Yahoo Answers every day.

1.The only time I insult someone is because of their spelling or grammar.
2. I may say something to women who put up with abuse, or think they have to have man to make them happy.
3. I am not going to p*ssy foot around with baby's having baby's.
4. There are a lot of really stupid questions and people on here. If you or anyone else doesn't like it, don't read it. This is a public forum, and each and everyone of us sets ourselves up to what ever response we may get.

I think 33% of the time thats the reason, and the other 33% of the time they rae sad bitter people who are trying to use the internet as a medium to make others bitter, then the other 33% of the time they are bored.
