You can do it with software that does not write any registry entries. Most software that are being installed through "Setup.exe" do and you can't just copy them onto another computer. Software that just comes as zipped or self-extracting archive and contains only program executable file, can be copied onto different computers and they will work.
If you use Mac, you can copying software onto another computer as Mac OS X has a different approach of handling software then Windows.

Unfortunately, no. As a result of all these viruses, worms and Trojans, the vast majority of e-mail services prevent the sending and receiving of executable file types, such as: .exe, zip and .bat. These are for security measures. However, there are ways around this restriction. You can send the program as an attachment but, first change the file extension. For example, let's say I want to send the program firefox.exe as an attachment to my friend Bob. First, I rename firefox.exe to firefox.doc. I click to compose a new e-mail and I include firefox.doc as an attachment. In the body of the e-mail, I tell Bob to save firefox.doc on to his hard drive and change the file extension to firefox.exe. You would be surprise at the number of times this trick works.

You can do it with a files and setting transfer wizard, but I don't think you can with email. You need the executable to get it to install and transfer the correct registry entries etc.

si l'ordinateur de cible est sur le même réseau vous pouvez employer l'explorateur pour déplacer le dossier. Emailing pourrait fonctionner pour un petit dossier.
