I could skate pretty good by the time that I was 3. I've realized that over years this has became a passion of mine. So, I've thought about someday having a skating rink of my own. Also my husband and I also share this hobbie, so we would both enjoy managing business together as a career. Although, the locals rink around here don't seem to be doing so good, is this only something that was popular when I was growing up and no longer the thing? And, if anybody has any ideas for a name please add in your reply. Thanks.

Where I live, skating rinks are operated by the municipal government's recreation division. If you want to pursue this, you should go to university and get a degree in Physical Education or Recreational Leadership, with a minor in Commerce or Finance. Remember that the insurance at a skating rink will be super-expensive and you'll have to factor that into your initial budget. The name is the least important thing to be thinking about at this point in time.

PS - "Hobby" has a "y".

You could work in promotional events for soft drinks, energetic drinks (red bull or similar) or kids parties.
