when my penis is soft it's tiny, but hard it's average, i've this called micro penis, is this ture?

Don't worry about your penis size, be confident and happy you have one that stands erected, I think the smaller the penis the harder the hard on (that's pleasurable within itself)
I used to have a lover that was small but very confident of abilities, he made up for his size in other things he did. I enjoyed him maybe better then others that had bigger ones. Often men , that are big are rough, and in sensentive, and to say the least cocky, lol.
Don't knock it till you've tried it.

That's the mechanism of the male body. The penis can increase from soft stage to erection stage by up to 100%.
One can't stay erect all day, the blood vessels would become weak and not cause an erection ever again. The micro penis falls under the category of 2" or less in length.
When one reaches legal age and can purchase adult items. One can invest in a professional grade vacuum pump. Notice I said professional grade not the cheap adult store version. I'm talkining about the Vacu-tech or Dr. Joel's Kaplin's versions.

No, a micro penis (or hypo-gonadism) is small when both flaccid and hard. There is nothing wrong with this; some penis' are small and some are big when flaccid, but the erection is a great equalizer. Small penis' grow a bunch and big ones just get hard. I wouldn't worry too much.

No. Micro-penis is a condition where the erect penis is less than 2 inches in length. The flaccid penis can be very small, and in overweight men can actually be inverted. Yours sounds normal.

The size of your penis when it's soft has nothing to do with anything whatsoever. There is no medical condition going on with you. If you care what the size of your penis is, it's only ever measured when erect. The average size is 5 inches, same as a Mars bar.
No, there is no condition called micro penis.

there are apparently 2 types of penises(penii??)..ones which are very small when flaccid and enlarge a great deal when turgid...and others that don't get that much larger when they become erect......I don't think this is called micro penis,though.
